Domestic packages are shipped either UPS or USPS. UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. USPS will deliver to a P.O. Box or APO
USPS Ground Advantage - 3-5 day delivery, ships next business day. Least expensive service
USPS Priority Mail - 2-3 day delivery, ships next business day. Faster than above
UPS-Ground and Air service. Orders received by 2 PM Central Time will ship that day

FREE SHIPPING:

Ground normal shipping cost is free to purchasers of said product.
Free shipping valid only in continental United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Free shipping carrier we select is at discretion of Abacus Swivel Chair Parts.
Free shipping carrier substituting for another carrier is not acceptable.
Non Free shipping items if included in/with free ship items package may be ship charged separately or packaged together and charged accordingly.
Purchase item quantity limit is (one) and limited to 1 item per SKU free shipping each 30 day period..
Purchasing more than 1 item (same or not) will be at Abacus Swivel Chair Parts discretion for any charges.
Example, purchasing 2 or more swivels-1 swivel boxed for no (free) ship charges, 2nd swivel or more is at UPS normal rate or normal USPS rate. More than one carton may be used. 
P.O. BOX customers must provide a physical address in addition to P.O. box number.

HANDLING CHARGE:
Included with UPS or USPS shipping cost is a $3.95 per carton non-refundable handling charge. (items condensed when reasonably possible) Large quantity, special packing, or pallet charges may apply.

RETURNS and CANCELLATIONS:
Authorized returns accepted if in good like new condition and returned within 30 days of invoice purchase date
15% restocking charge may apply
Shipping and/or handling fees are non-refundable
Prior authorization (RMA) required
Installed items showing prior installation marks are not returnable
Special Order, Prototype, or Experimental build merchandise items are not returnable
Special Order merchandise deposits are not refundable 

Polished Chrome or Brass Color:
Aluminum and Stainless Steel can be scratch or finish damaged and will not be accepted for return. It is rare that factory defects occur, but in that unlikely event, please contact us.

Sale or discount items may be discontinued without notice at seller discretion. When applicable, only one sale or discount special price may be applied to one invoice. Some items will be limited to sale quantity.
